Our multidisciplinary team approach and innovative programs are known for results. That’s why so many doctors and insurance companies send patients to us. And why so many of our patients refer friends and family members. To achieve the results you deserve, we use an extensive array of leading-edge techniques:

Manual therapy – Soft-tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and Spinal mobilization.

Feldenkrais Method® – An unusual melding of motor development, biomechanics, psychology and martial arts. It is recognized for its demonstrated ability to improve posture, flexibility, coordination and self-image and to alleviate muscular tension and pain.

Therapeutic modalities – Include heat/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, TENS, IFC, iontophoresis, premodulated current, and muscle reeducation.

FCEs – We objectively measure your individual functional capabilities for work. FCRS is a member of Worksteps, which trains people all over the US to do precision functional capacity evaluations.

Work conditioning & hardening – We carefully and effectively condition patients for safe return to work.

Therapeutic exercise – You’ll enjoy individualized instruction in personalized programs to facilitate and maximize your recovery.

Cardiovascular therapy – Includes personalized programs featuring stairclimbers, treadmills, exercise bicycles and other equipment.

Strength training – Free weights and other specialized equipment help improve your physical strength, performance and ability to avoid future injury.

Pre- & post-op therapy – For those who have had orthopedic or plastic surgery.

Injury prevention – Not only can we rehabilitate your current injury, we will show you how to prevent further injuries, as well.
