Please call us at 213-481-1515 or email us at to schedule your appointment.

What to expect

A new patient visit or consultation will require approximately 30-60 minutes. New patients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment for the proper completion of paperwork. This will allow you to be ready for your therapist at the scheduled time.  Follow up visits will be approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on the complexities of your problem.

I love going into this Rehabilitation Center for my physical therapy. The staff there is absolutely wonderful, caring, gentle and patient. From the front desk person to the physical therapy assistant, Mike, Daisy, Jennifer, Sara. The license therapist, Dr.James, and Dr. Sandy are great. They have helped me do life with the treatments they have you do at the center. I would highly recommend this Rehabilitation Center.

I just completed 13 sessions of physical therapy at Felix R. Canout Rehabilitation Services, Inc. My main physical therapist was James Aquino, who is amazing. James is very knowledgeable, explains things in a concise manner and has a great personality. The rest of the staff who were assisting James were also very helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend Wilshire Center Physical Therapy!

After having a terrible accident on the streets of LA as a Pedestrian and being hit by a raging Scooter that ran into me my primary care physician referred me to Wilshire Center Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation Center. I am so grateful for all the assistance the Physical Therapists provided. I was always treated with kindness and care. They accommodated my work schedule so I could have regular therapy sessions each week until I healed. After weeks of varied stretches and strengthening exercises I am able to walk with minimal pain and I have learned how to continue my healing. A BIG THANK YOU to all the staff and to Sandy Canout, OT, PT, CFP, CHT. I will miss you all now that I am healed but I sincerely thank you for providing the path to a healthy body. ‍

This was my first experience with PT and it was wonderful. I worked with Jim who not only understood the reason for my pain, but explained it all to me if very clear terms. Reception was accommodating, gave me a printout for my scheduled and then cooperatively changed it when I had conflicts. They also called me to remind me of my appointment.  So far so good, this has really changed my mind about this PT process, I came in as a skeptic and am being won over by this facility and especially Jim.

I came in with a wrist injury. Sandy evaluated and subsequently had a plan for my OT. The team is very knowledgeable, friendly and want to help you get better. The front desk is great, they try to accommodate to your schedule and call the day before to ensure you can make the appointment. Overall, really good experience.

Super happy with Wilshire Center. Great service and friendly staff! I had ACL surgery a year ago and I feel good as new. My therapist James was so helpful in making sure I was progressing with my exercises and always answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough GREAT STUFF about this place!

I first went here last Jan. following knee surgery. A couple months later, I was in a serious auto accident and sustained injuries to my hip, hand, back and neck. So, I spent the better part of a year going for PT at Wilshire Center.

If it weren't for their AMAZING STAFF - their kindness, attentiveness and persistence with me - I would probably be in a nursing facility.  The staff - especially James, Debbie and Jennifer - went above and beyond each session to insure that the exercises and treatments were effective for me. If the exercises and treatments weren't helping or were too hard to do, the staff were attentive in switching them for me. I could tell that they really cared about my helping myself to get back to normal.

If you have to go for physical therapy - this is the place to go. It doesn't get any better than Wilshire Center.

I have been going to this place for the past 2 years for my physical rehabilitation process. My main therapist was Angelina Estrada. She was very knowledgeable on explaining my rehab program, flexible with my schedule, kind, and making sure I was doing every exercise correctly so I wouldn’t injure myself. Thanks to Angelina and her guidance throughout my rehab, I have been able to incorporate her recommended stretches and exercises to get back to working out. Overall, the whole staff is great . The lady (Yubeth) at front desk was great at helping me schedule my appointments. I thank her for that.
